Adds average ilvl of a player to tooltips. Will also put average ilvl next to player names in the chat window if you want as well. It even has an option to replace ilvl with resilience when in a battleground or arena. Super useful in Cataclysm where there is a slight obsession with ilvl.

Also can be a nice tool to see when your raiders accidentally still have their fishing pole equipped...
