If you do need a an all-in-one UI solution, ElvUI is the way to go. I personally use it as a base for my UI and replace some of the ElvUI elements. I've provided a link to the Github page, so you'll get the most up to date version there, rather than from a site that has reuploaded it and not checked for updates in who knows how long.

KNOWN ISSUES: some buffs/debuffs not showing up on raid/party frames. Scaling of nameplates can often be buggy.

Some of the Spell ID's for unitframes are not correct (at least compared to the ones on Apollo) and this results in certain buffs and debuffs not showing up on unitframes.

MarcelloRod fixed the lua file where these SpellID's were and shared the file with me. I've uploaded here!

I  do not use the ElvUI unitframes so I have not tested this personally
