This is my nameplate of choice and I use the "Quatre" skin for all roles. It shows debuffs on each nameplate. 

However, keep in mind that there was a limitation in the game's API when it came to debuffs on multiple targets. You need to at least mouseover any unit you did not directly apply debuffs to. No other addon will do this any better.

I keep friendly nameplates on but use "headline only" mode within Tidy Plates config for friendly units. It makes the text on each player much more readable and makes it way easier to see where your raiders are even when zoomed wayyyy out.
