I am of the personal opinion that combat text is POINTLESS. Turn it off!

I use MSBT to get rid of all damage numbers, but still show me important things like misses dodges blocks and parries...and obviously big crits!

You can also use it to alert you to when spells come off cooldown, which can be super useful if you haven't made the jump to WeakAuras yet. It'll also add a bunch of great fonts to the game if you don't have SharedMedia installed
